Work Base: North England & Scottish Borders
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 40+ hours per week + overtime
Salary: £28,000+ pa. + company vehicle + bonus
Valid Until: 29th November 2015

  • Full driving licence (preferably clean)
  • Knowledge of OTR tyres and the mining/construction/quarrying industry (preferable, not essential)

Purpose: To deliver and manage all sales related processes within their geographical area in order to maintain and develop a profitable business. To generate and develop sustainable commercial contracts.

Reporting To: General Manager and Business Manager

Main Activities:

  • To plan and organise all sales activities to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Meet all business and company objectives in line with the company mission statement
  • To develop, maintain and improve strong relationships with customers, internal and external
  • The ability to handle/manage customers professionally
  • Maintain and provide an excellent service to meet company and customer requirements
  • Perform regular sales reports and forecasting
  • Working knowledge of IT
  • Ensure that the Quality Manage System (QMS) conforms to ISO9001: 2015
  • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
  • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus
  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
