Lead Earthmover Tyre Technician

Are you ready to join us?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Earthmover Tyre Technician to join our team in Chelmsford.

This is a key role within our organisation, requiring both technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own workload, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

You’ll be helping companies get back to work after an emergency stop. (In fact, you’re vital to their business continuing.) You’ll be fully trained and certified as part of our mentoring programme.

T&C are one of the biggest companies in our sector situated in the heart of Staffordshire with depots all around the country.  For over 25 years we’ve been a friendly family-owned and run business.  And it shows – we keep our staff for years because we take care of them.
