A life-saving public access defibrillator has been installed outside T&C Site Services Ltd's Head Office on Garner Street, Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent. We can now play a vital role in helping save lives in our local community. This defibrillator is registered with the National Defibrillator Network, The Circuit, and is accessible 24 hours a day.
Four of our staff, (L to R in photo) Steve Smith, Melanie Adams, Andrea Harper and Patrick Amphlet are also qualified to use the defibrillator.
A defibrillator is a device that gives a high-energy electric shock to the heart of someone who is in cardiac arrest. This high-energy shock is called defibrillation, and it's an essential part of trying to save the life of someone who’s in cardiac arrest.
