Depot Manager

We're currently recruiting Depot Manager.

A successful candidate will possess good organisational skills and be able to demonstrate effective leadership and staff management. A good level of verbal and written communication is necessary. A successful depot manager will need to work autonomously within the job role, completing objectives agreed with the Operations Director. Basic IT skills are required, along with a full driving licence (preferably clean).

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Salary: from £38,000.00 + Vehicle + Performance Related Pay

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Main Activities
  • Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to ISO 9001: 2015.

  • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes.

  • Report to senior management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations.

  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus.

  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained.

  • Deliver and manage all T&C Site Services operational processes within their geographical area in order to maintain and develop a profitable business.

  • Be responsible for realising the administrative processes and procedures, including compliance with health, safety, environment and quality programmes.

  • Manage, lead and motivate a team of fitters to ensure customers’ needs and business objectives are achieved.

  • Manage and deploy depot equipment, resources and facilities to ensure efficient service provision.

Experience & Requirements

Requirements:

Licence/Certification Required: 

  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
